Oxford Harlequins RFC Annual General Meeting will be taking place at the club at 8pm on Thursday 8 July.
The agenda for the meeting is attached and in line with the Clubs Articles of Association the following Director roles are up for election - Chairman, Honorary Secretary and one elected Director role which must be drawn from the clubs Mini or Junior section.
Members who would like to be put forward for any these roles will require a primary and secondary nomination from two current club members. Nominations for any of these roles should be forwarded to the Club Secretary no later than 1 July 2021 – email@example.com
These are exciting times for the club and as well as providing an opportunity to look back over the last year, members will be able to hear about future plans and developments which are taking place.
